A render is - in short - an image of something without the background (not just a white background, but a transparent one).
Thus that way we're able to edit "around" it without having to cut the image ourselves.

If you're too lazy to look for a render on google images, just be more specific about the subject of the image you'd want, i'm sure the OP can find the render himself.

and for the OP: visit any render website and pick one you like, then work around it. You can make images even without people asking you to do so. ;D

One does not simply ask for an av/ sig. without knowing what a damn render is lol
