    NEED IMMEDIATE HELP IN PAYPAL!!

    So.I sent 26$ to a friend and he told me he didn't receive anything,so I decided to cancel the payment and pay em cash, I opened the History subtab and didn't find any Recent Payments ,I thought I sent it to a wrong email,so I resent the money again but this time 25$ and made sure of the email..
    It said: "FARIS,You have sent 25$ to ahmad saad" got happy and decided to find a sol for the 26$.After 30min, he told me he still didn't receive anything,I spilled the beans ,like wtf mates, wut happened??
    Anyone experienced this shi*?
