Well BrokenGTA from here who started this help topic "[Help] GTA EFLC Name changer" tried to leech your work and calling it his, but I knew something was sketchy so I confronted him and now he locked his post at 7sins.com.

He mostly deleted everything but here's the webcache. Posted the same files as you and saying in bold red text
"Do Not Take Credit For My Work"

Wow, thanks for letting me know. I generally don't have a problem because I didn't really "create" anything - I found the address code using cheat engine by scanning for my gamertag manually then saving that same address for everyone else. I didn't actually create anything, however I did put effort into finding the address and uploading this file to make sure it works for everyone.

BrokenGTA is an asshole for taking credit for something he didn't do. Nobody should ever take credit for the efforts of someone else.

To add on to Osama's copy of your "mod", I compared some info about the two files, and compared the MD5 hashes. Here are the results:
