Been ÜBER slow for me for months now, it's not anything client side considering I re-installed windows a month or so ago and I also re-installed yesterday.

Depends. Sometimes (like once a week or so) it will run smoothly and function as a normal site. Most of the other times (97%), it runs slowly and gives errors nonstop.
