Error importing the .SQL in MySQL

Hey,

I downloaded Doomed Source and when I import the SQL file it says that:

I already tried to redownload the source, reinstall MySQL and tried an older version. Didnt get this to work >.>
I tried to google that and I just get shiat..

Mmh. I importet the struct.sql from db in MySQL. Still dont know what to do now :/

Import struct.sql from phoenix source.
