    Let it Rain Lithtech! Merry Early Christmas Modders!

    Yes that's what I'm calling the thread.... because it's basically anything and everything Lithtech that I have. See the LONG list below of everything and what its for/what it was. Does MPGH have spoilers? because I'm gonna need em.


    Pimz Private Server
    @Flengo I think this is something I did with you way back when? Not entirely sure lol. I found it on a USB, it still worked.

    What is Pimz Private Server
    Pimz Private Server, or PPS, was an early stage TPS. If you want to know more about TPS, read below once I post it. I'm hungry at the moment and don't want to sit here explaining very long. Long story short; it was our own FPS game.

    How to get it working for you and your friends
    1.) Launch "Pimz.exe" as admin and click "install"
    2.) It's an instant install, and should give you a play button straight away. If it doesn't, Let me know, I'll quickly build a basic launcher and release it.
    3.) Should start the game straight up.
    IF ON WINDOWS 7 or WINDOWS 8
    You must right click "Lithtech.exe" and put the compatibility mode to Windows XP

    How to play with your friends
    1.) You must PORT FORWARD 27888
    2.) After port forwarding, enter the game, go to multiplayer (lan), Deathmatch
    3.) Make sure "Dedicated Server" is set to Yes in the bottom corner
    4.) Mess with the settings, get it as you like
    5.) Start game, and the server should pop up.
    From here, give your IP:27888 to your friends and you can play. Lemme know if you run a server, I'll join.
    *NOTE* You must all have the same game version. Yes you can mod textures, models and add maps, but ATTRIBUTES MUST MATCH or instant DC. You can also join your own server easily

    MOD TESTING
    Want to mod the game? It's very simple
    1.) Find the models/textures/w.e you want to mod in the game folder
    2.) Mod them (duh), then go to single player, and select custom map
    3.) Load up DM_01
    4.) Once in game, hit the F7 key on your keyboard, and it gives you all weapons (if testing a weapon of course), and switch to that weapon using the 1-6 keys




    File uploading now
    I don't really care about approval for this stuff. All these packages are several hundred megs. If you honestly don't believe I'm not going to virus these people, I'll release it elsewhere and these kind folks will have to search for it.

    I hate Mega's uploading though. Anywhere else, the 300 meg upload would be done.... Mega though? 3 hours

    I know i'm bumping and double posting, BUT it's on subject just so you guys know... I finally got a day off of work and i'm looking into trying to upload the files again that need uploaded. They're uploading now and the Pimz Private Server should be release tomorrow and i'll make a complete video on file use.

    supercarz1991 can you help me out on a ltb to lta with uvs? I am not really a c++ guys but i have been working on a lta reader for my game but the existing converter from ltb to lta excludes the uvs..

    that is the catchs I made an importer my self but the .lta files do NOT contain the uv coordinates.. they are nonexistent, null, nan xD

    it's because the LTB to LTA converter does not convert the UV coordinates.
