Should I make it or save it? Pc buying help.

So I'm ready to buy my gaming pc and its set to ship in 14 days and when it arrives what do i do? Can I leave all the parts in a box and wrap them or build it and wrap them? Is it safe to not use them for a month until christmas or should I get a early gift? I just would like to know if its safe to keep the parts wrapped in wrapping paper or build it then wrap it or if its not safe at all to keep them sitting. I live in around the top of west virginia so there will not be warm weather until march 2015.

Wait what are you even trying to do? All the parts come in separate boxes not one big box unless it's already built in which case it just comes in the case that it closed up in case. And why would you order a pc that you wont even use until Christmas?

If it's a present for yourself, why wrap it? This post didn't really make sense to me.

Let me make myself clear. I'm buying the pc before it becomes expensive, Its a christmas present so I cant use it until christmas, I want to know if the moisture will ruin the pc if I build it then wrap it. Please read the post before answering.

No your pc isn't filled with water so you'll be fine..

Why would I lower my graphics just to have a controller? A pc can do everything a console does. Hook a controller and use a xbox or ps3 system cd reader to play console only games.
