    Moving items off OW Banned Acc

    How do you move items from a OW/Non-VAC'd or OW+VAC'd account? I've seen a lot of people able to do it and I'm curious how it works.

    There were ways around it I am pretty sure. I wouldn't know how but I have seen items moved off VAC banned / OW banned accounts before, it was a while ago though.
