I have tons of good keys for ArmAOA, how do I get around Steam and BE?

Ever since GameSpy went tits up, I cannot get into ArmAOA multiplayer without Steam and BattleEye using an old banned key.

Lets say for arguement's sake, I bought a brand new ARMAOA from somewhere other than Steam with it's own clean key, how do I get on multiplayer with it? Steam will let you enter your own key for a non-steam bought game, but not this one since I bought it from them a while ago. I tried 'deleting local content', and referencing a copied ArmaOA game folder, outside the Steam directory. There are residual Steam files that copied over within that folder, but I'm not sure if deleting any of them will help?

Maybe someone knows which files are from Steam and which are from a normal installation, so I can weed em out?

I have the old Darky's Key Changer and I can edit the registry by hand, but that's not enough. Any help would be appreciated THX!

Maybe create a new Steam account, then add non-steam game key?

You'll have to make a new Steam account to play legitimately.
