why do you think your getting exp? because its completing challenges in the game then they go away so you can do them again over and over again for exp

it doesn't say you have been banned at all, its just a can't connect error code. Very rough translation of the message. The Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare service is not available at this time. Please try again later or visit their website. Error code: 8224. And apparently alot of people are having this problem.

It is not cheat/hack related kick. AW services are partially in maintance atm.
So even if you play without cheats/hacks online you will get this message.
