Things You'll Need:

Jailbroken IOS Device
App Called "FollowHero Pro" (Don't Have Time To Try On "FollowHero")
App Called "Flex 2" Don't Matter What Version As In Cracked Or Purchased
A Tweak Called "LocalIAPStore"
A Brain And Patience

Steps To Successfully Getting Followers:

1. Open 'FollowHero' And Login Into Your Instagram In Which You Want Followers.
2. Close App After Signing In, From Multi-Task Too
3. Open 'Flex'
4. Click The "+" On Top Right Hand Corner
5. Scroll Down Until You See "FollowHero Pro" And Click It Once
6.Click "Add Units..." Then Click "FollowHero Pro" Under Executable Section
7. Click Process Then Click "FollowHero Pro" Once
8. Search For The Following And Click Them Once Until A Check Appears Next To Them

9. Once Done Click The "<" Till You Get To "Patch Editor"

Time To Edit Do This Carefully:

1. Click 'canGO' Then Set The Return Value To 'True"
2. Click 'canGiveUserCoinsForRatingApp' Then Set The Return Value To 'True'
3. Leave 'advanceNumberOfCoins4Following' Alone (No Changes Required)
4. Click 'IncreaseNumberOfCoinsByint)' Click Argument #1 (int), Click 'pass-through' And Select 'Number' Change It To Exactly "999999"
5. Click 'getNumberOfCoins' Click 'pass-through' Under "Return Value (int) , Click 'pass-through' And Select 'Number' Change It To Exactly "999999"
6. Leave 'getNumberOfCoinsAsString' Alone (No Changes Required)
7. Leave 'resetNumberOfCoins' Alone (No Changes Required)
8. Click "<" To Get To 'Patches' Now Click The Box With Check Next To 'FollowHero Pro Patch'
9. Close Everything Out, Even From Multi-Task
10. Open 'Settings' App On Main Page
11. Scroll Down Till You Find 'LocalTAPStore' And Click It Once
12. Turn It On Where It Says 'Enabled'
13. Close Everything

Final Steps Repeat EveryTime You Need Followers:

1. Open 'FollowHero Pro' App
2. Sign Into Using Instagram If Required
3. Now Click The Coin Button Located On The Top Right Hand Corner Of The Screen
4. Click "$49.99" AKA. "Buy 25,000 coins"
5. When It Asks To Enter Password Of Your Apple ID Just Click Cancle
6. Should Give You A Pop Up Saying Something Like Add 25,000 Coins.
7. Click The Back Button And Go To The Tab Saying "Get Followers" Located In The Middle At The Bottom Of Your Screen
8. Click Which Ever You Link, I Usually Do '20~30 Followers' As Its Quickest
9. Wait And Watch The Followers Come

Ive found an issue. As the coins are fake you aren't really getting "real" followers. It appears as you have 70K or so on but when you request you actually submit your real amount of coins whilst the fake integer is on top. So that's a glitch I would probably advice you try to create a flex addon with another follower app, that might be better.
