While this may be true, in the American legal system there's no such thing as 'truth', there's only 'justice'. Both are empty platitudes, but with 'justice' they are allowed to take you to court more than once to make you lose all of your money. If they really wanted to, they could force court on you 5 or so times and by then you probably couldn't afford your lawyer or the court fees. This is a method for bigger companies to take down smaller ones, and although drastic, it is possible for Kabam to do to you.

You fool, do you think that even if they could shut the site down that it would be instant?Time would be given time to shut everything down and finish out almost all monthly subscriptions. There would be close to 0 chargebacks and if there were any the would result in a partial refund based on the amount of time already used.

I have not brung this up yet because to me it doesnt matter but I really think you guys are just jealous someone is making money off something.
But to all the people saying that this is far worse than hacked clients you are ignorant.

At least with the event notifier people can still die heck without hacked clients I bet a lot more people would die which is what kabam wants its part of the game.
All the people with autoaim are in there getting sb damage on your precious events you have been soloing for.

Realistically the events themselves would be much more enjoyable if they provided more of a challenge to the user in one way or another.

I used hacked clients when I actually did play the game. You know why I used hacked clients? Because I was new to the game my skills were terrible but with autonexus and autoaim, a pet and some decent gear I can all the sudden keep up with "decent players".
Keep in mind that I suck at the game but if you honestly think that the event notifier is worse than hacked clients then I think you are crazy,
