As far as I know MW3 has not updated since this has been released. I could be wrong. Technically anything is detectable and has a ban risk. Just do not be stupid and go from level 1 to highest prestige and rank. I mean obvious ban. Just do not be a complete retard and you should be fine. If people really want an "Updated" version i can make one.

I've done some major hacking in MW3, like making XP lobbys/force host/ level/prestige from start to end. Still not banned and I've done alot of hacking failures.
Mainly what would get you banned in MW3 are Injected(DLL's). Those can cause an VAC ban trigger
