Why does it matter if you get banned? HWID ban? IP ban? How do they ban you? HWID changer is easy. IP ban is easy to fix to. What's the problem?

Well it would either be a VAC or TAC ban. TAC bans you can bypass, VAC bans you can't. Check the tutorial section to find out how to bypass TAC bans.

no you can use it always

You can only use the Orbital VSAT and the no recoil for multiplayer, the rest only works in custom games!
I have been using this tool for about 1 week now, I am not banned yet. You need to be host of the custom games match to use the other features. But on multiplayer, you don't.

1. Open Black Ops 2
2. Open the tool
3. On BO2, go on customs games and launch a game
4. Activate No-Recoil
5. Close the tool
6. Quit the game
7. The No-Recoil is active on any online games
