    [CA EU] Buying Second Lieutenant I + Account - Paying decently

    Hey guys, I am looking for a decent CA EU account, but nothing crazy and it does NOT need to have lots of items. I am mainly looking at the rank and KD.

    Requirements:
    - Must be Second LT I +
    - Must have a KD of above 1.1

    Apart from that I don't really care much, will pay around $30-$40 depending on the account!
