Guys if people are asking where the location of the file is please ignore/don't reply to them they aren't clearly reading, if they are infected well thats their fault for not even reading this whole thread I said enough.

If you can easily rid the rat by deleting it's location, It was likely a 2 minute job and nothing to worry about.

Thats where mine was located
Open "Msconfig" by typing it in run or in the start menu
Click the startup tab
Check for anything java related and check their location
If the location is anywhere other than where your official java installation is stored, remove the file and cancel the startup procedure for said file
This may not PERMANENTLY remove the virus.
Recommend downloading Malwarebytes and running a full system scan.
