Bullcrap
I just came back from Cross Country, it was only a 6 k run. It was pretty cold, and I'm usually more affected by it than others, but I'm still usually fine. Even if I actually get cramps, I'd still be fine. My legs and arms freeze up, I'm fine.
But today, like halfway through, I got a cramp in my BACK for the first time. Apparently it's my diaphragm. D:
Like wdf, it was only after like 2 k. I have no clue how it happened. I could hardly breathe, yet alone move my legs. -_-

It's nothing close to puking.
I feel dizzy and "dark-visioned" when I run in the cold, no matter how many layers I wear, cause I breathe it in. =__=
Honestly I just can't believe I got a BACK cramp after fucking 2 k.
