Selling GMOD Addons/Gamemodes!

Hey i want to sell some gmod addons, the price will depend on the addon.
If i dont have the addon already they just tell my the server IP and ill get you the addon or gamemode.

Aren't all the addons and gamemodes free from the steam workshop or the fp forum..?

I mean ones like from coderhire where you had to buy them for like 10$ but since its down now i thought i might aswell do this
Like darkrp huds,drugs,etc...

Also there are gamemodes like Underdone and Basewars where you cant get the most updated version or not get it at all so i can sell them.
