i reformatted my pc now i need help

ok i used to play cf and then the blank box was coming up. after like 3 weeks i finally got another copy of xp and reformatted my pc. i found all my drivers n everything n installed everything again. only now crossfire freezes when i join a game. not all the time but it seems like maybe every 3 games or so. does anyone know how to fix this? before i blasted my pc crossfire never froze before. any1 know how to fix this?

Have you tried reinstalling the game itself?

Reformatted? i suggest u reinstall ur comp, and install the lasted net frame work or probably when u reformat ur comp, it might damage the display driver??

Or your new pc is another version and not fully passed the requirements

sound's silly but allow in firewall Exceptions if on windows firwall
just open the ports reqired hope this helps bro

This happeneds to mine now it closes cf if i play a 1v1 game or afta the first game its fucking annoying,

thats my prob too but mine is lag instead of freezing it lags a bit but nothing that interferes on my game play

try gamebooster and if that doesnt help
you can ask z8fags for help

Probaly The hard drives. Try cleaning ur pc *Inside the CPU*
then change ur hardrives.

i say to:
install the latest active x
install gamebooster
dont use hacks but if you must then try them out
uninstall crossfire and then re-install crossfire
and if not working still then im not shure what to suggest

Well it could be your computer that is running to many softwares which may take up all your Ram memory so try to use gamebooster or just Reinstall CF or your computer do not reformate it !
