Those above 4 things I can help with.. cus its fairly easy..

Register Button and UN/Pass to login you would need someone who can host a server 24/7 so theres no downtime for registering / Logging in.

but besides that its simple to do (For me anyways)

Hotkeys are really omfg uber simple. User32.dll API.

Spam bot message spots, that you can just use a list for. Example:
