VAC Ban Question

I was banned from advance warfare for using the Visual tool and quicksilvercontroller...Now I did a clean delete from local content from steam on my old steam account and then created a new account. ok, now there is no advanced warfare in my library of games when I went into the new steam and I went ahead and bought another digital download and setup my new profile. I am praying I can play the brand new game with a new account and newly bought game....What through me off is it recognizes all of the other COD games in which I am not banned on...Is this normal?
The questions;
Should I be able to play the new advanced warfare..?
Plus; How can I tell if the hacks I downloaded are completely off my system so I don't get banned again? I used my webroot clean delete...
I really appreciate the help before I start playing again....

You can play Advanced Warfare.

Just as long as you don't open the cheats while Advanced Warfare is running, you will be okay. VAC doesn't go through your system files. Only your running processes.

I have this other account in which has all of my other games on it which was the one that had the vac banned advanced warfare...Can I still sign into this account and play my other COD's without fear of repercussions of doing this? or will my new account I just set up recognize the other games and pick them up? Thanks

You can still play any other games, I've been banned for hacking in 2009 for MW2, it shows it on my profile page that I'm banned on MW2 "thismany" days ago..
You should be fine, I've played AW and COD 1 and 2 on the account that has been VAC-banned for MW2, as of right now I'm installing Black Ops, so..
