you know, i left out storage because you probably have a hard drive lying around somewhere, if not - get a hard drive,and if its over budget,get the fx6300 CPU instead of the better fx8320 so you stay in budget. i recommend you to save up tho because these 2 extra cores are going to make stream hell of a lot smoother for you. easily at max settings ._.

I would highly recommend building your own computer for scratch. It is really easy, trust me. There are several websites online such as Pc Part Picker that you can leverage to check the compatibilities and help you the cheapest price of the components of your PC. the GPU itself is a very, very powerful card and can actually perform very well
however, the CPU is a bit bad but if you have more to invest, upgrade the CPU
