by your username your probably not from north america? Have you tried to reset your modem/router? If that doesn't work try a proxy as I think they blocked other regions with crossfire. If this doesn't help contact support here https://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

No, it's not a problem from Z8. I had the same issue and I fixed it by getting a new router. There's a port issue. Port-forward CF and X-Trap

Yeah my problem has been fixed. It was actually on Z8's end. I port forwarded all ports for CF and X-Trap and it still didn't work for a while. Eventually my CF just started working one day. I'm guessing Z8 fixed whatever the issue was.
