Since when do payments go on "hold" when you pay for something. Come back with some real proof or don't come back at all.

If you didn't want to complete the order, I'm pretty sure the guy you scammed would have asked for his money back then. You didn't return it. You scammed. You had no intention of returning the money, since he had to dispute it back. I'm sure after you told him (if you even did) that you're not completing your service until the money is transferred, he would have either said okay or wanted his money back.

If he wanted his money back, you clearly didn't give it to him. If he was okay with waiting, then you didn't complete your service.

That only applies if your payment on "hold" thing even applies. All in all, seems full of shit. Provide some real proof if it isn't.
