Are psychic medium Real?

I was watching The Mentalist, and this question popped up in my head. Can mediums really talk to ghost of dead people? I think it's all bullshit, since god doesn't exist, neither does this other super natural bullshit.

What do you guys think?

I don't even know what to believe in anymore! I don't believe in God that's for sure but I don't know about ghosts and stuff. Also these mediums do seem a bit fake. I'm pretty sure humans could explain every paranormal activity, scientifically but we just don't have the knowledge yet and people just think there are invisible spirits haunting them.
