    Post Opening .dll files for Garrys Mod.

    I am a complete noob with almost no coding experience but even so I still like to read the code of people who can. I have tried a few .dll compilers such as ILspy and gvim but they either wont open or open with error characters everywhere. What program can open these types of .dll files?
