Performing a system restore to the date of which I placed the hack on my computer did not work. I installed both Microsoft Redistributables, for x64 and x86, but that did not work. 0xc00007b is the error when running the application... anyone know a common fix?

I had the exact same error after copying the file over manualy. First the msvcp120.dll file was missing then i downloaded the file and copied it into my system folder which i should not have done. I should have just installed the Redistributable C++.
Could you at least get it back to the error that says "msvcp120.dll file missing"?

Lol, far from master. Now it will be very easy for you to getting work. On Microsoft website and download the Redistributables ,check all three on the NEXT page and install them all.

Make sure to run the hash changer before you run the game and changing the file name as well. I have a nice hashchanger for you that does all that in one click.
After you are in the game run the PoopMayion(renamed) file.
Let me know whats happening
