Internet 'degrades' until it no longer works on pc?

Everytime I restart my pc, the internet works all fine, an hour later, it slows down until it no longer works for some reason.
Works hella fast on my phone, top download speed when the PC is started goes around 400kb/s.

Think it has something to do with my pc, perhaps restrictions or something
Does anyone have any idea?

I recently reinstalled AVG and ran a full virus scan, nothing was found nor did it solve anything, so I guess its not the antivirus/malware.

Any help is appreciated

Anyway, I deactivated the update thing, but it's still the same, just had to restart in order for internet to start working as I was typing

Try rebooting your modem, maybe that'll help

banned lol.. anyway, it's prolly your ISP slowing down as traffic increases in the evening or w/e.. try restarting your pc at like 7 pm on a Thursday and if it's still slow, it's the isp. If it's faster, jsut fuck it. reinstall your OS and be done with it.
