Are there any Windows 8.1 alternatives to Android's Freedom APK?

I downloaded Asphalt 8 on my computer, but I don't want to pay for the car bundles. I know there's the Freedom app on Android that is basically a fake credit card, and allows you to buy any in-app purchases, without spending money.

I was wondering, is there any Windows app store equivalents to that?

Freedom doesn't work on Asphault, or any Gameloft games as well as a lot of the best Android games. They figured out how it works and added a method that detects Freedom being used.

Well I think you can download a modded apk to get unlimited things for the game.

You can't downloaded modded APKs for Windows. Hell, APKs aren't even compatible with anything but Android.

You can use cheat engine on the exe and change the values should be pretty easy I could find you a video or make a text tutorial if you've never used cheat engine before
