A lot better movement than dayz, doesn't feel so clunky like dayz, as for rust, I never played it.

Not completely tho.
H1Z1 is not clunky and very well polished. I'd still choose dayz for hardcore PVP and H1Z1 for trolling lol
The zombies are def better and not supermen.
Also crafting is pretty damn smooth, unlike dayz

h1z1 seems to me to be a very empty shell as it is now, which is a very very cheap and b version of Arma 3 br. To be honest, it feels h1z1 just as even as a battle royale with x number persons placed in an area and must fight for resources / weapons to survive and only one can win, but more like a Last Man Standing fast paced deathmatch.
