Following reason:

1. They do not warn players of security updates, sense it would be useless to say. "OKAY WE ARE GOING TO DO THIS." To the global community where there is a community of cheaters.

2. There is no such thing as 'deleted IP' or 'removed'. Only blocked or 'banned'.

3. People have not recieve the email as the user stated. I just checked, and I found nothing in my 101 of emails.

4. You do not show a screenshot, the English is horrible even to my standards.

People, do not take heed to his warning. Just fake.

I'm going to go ahead and agree with Liz. Also, any letter from any company with more than 5 employees will probably come on company letterhead even inside an e-mail. Did this even have any format at all? And why would this be sent to you?

I really wouldn't trust whoever sent that message to you.. there are spelling and grammar errors.
Also Combat Arms isn't independently owned. Nexon owns it, and nexon also isn't independently owned.

And Collisions is right. I'm sure they would put that on the site to let everyone know.
Also, Nexon can't afford to IP ban all hackers, because half of the hackers out there pay for NX.
