Most likely the connection between you and your (friend) or whoever is having the trouble is bad. You also might have a relayed connection in hamachi

That can be fixed,but if you use phoenix source thats the problem phoenix isn't best optimized source if you know how to setup khitio's source use it cuz its much better.Or you can go and fix your source.
