A School has a student that gets the Swine Flu. Is it up to the School if they wanna close down? Or is it a law that they've got to shut down the School?

1st)If someone gets Swine Flu -> They auto close school for 8 days, then they will call 1 1 student to the hospital for special checks and then after this they will open it and If more then 1 has swine flu=you can party because summmer has started ^^

Look where i live if there is swine flu school=autoclose if more then 1 person is sick and its down for 3 month or more

Well at my last School, we had a case, and the School was suppose to be closed down for two weeks. Ended up only being closed for about five days because they found out it was just like the normal flu or some shit like that.

But I believe their are kids at my School that have it; because this one girl told my friend that she had it. And are School is still up and everything. Was just wondering because I want school to go out, baaddlyyy as fuck. That would probably end up adding into our summer though :/
