Nobody cancelled it, I don't think this thread is the trade I am talking about, but the trade that failed, basically the guy was trying to sell it for 75$ first, then he lowered it to 40$, and when the trade started, he kept saying he wanted 70$ or something ( Not sure if he was joking or not ) then the other guy left saying he had to study

Well then that would be 'false advertising'. Can't sell an account for $75, then lower it to $40 and then make it $70 during the trade.

Sadly, there isn't, reported someone for it once and the mods told me it happens all the time, so for now, no rule that prevents this
