    Genuine Windows 7 Device Thing?

    I need a tool/thing/protocool/hooker that can genuine Windows 7 for me.
    I've been through so many bs programs where I've downloaded random shit like YT Downloader and Internet Explorer.
    So if somebody can point me in the right direction I'd appreciate it!
