To be honest, it feels great, you can just type while you are watching the screen or doing something else, most of my friends just stare into the keyboard while they type.

Well I mean, the WPM you can get on type racer depends a lot on the story/quote they give you to write. Due to some of the stories having much more punctuation, or the words in one story are 10x as complex as the story that someone else had to type. So wouldn't we all want to get the same quote/story from typeracer, then type it out, and see who's got more WPM?

Sure, but that's the issue with 10fastfingers as well. Sometimes you'll encounter the same word twice.
