We need about 1.5 earth to sustain our current lifestyle.
This is in accordance to the Living Planet Report by WWF.
Many countries have a higher ecological footprint than their biocapacity.
We can lower our ecological footprint by buying environmentally friendly household items.
Buy less plastic water bottles and use re-usable ones.
Eat less meat, because the process or energy to make it (slaughterhouses) require a lot.
Reduce Carbon Emissions by travelling less by car. Walk, take a bike, carpool, take the bus.. I am sure you get this point.
All these things can help reduce our ecological footprint. And of course, there's more. It's just how you contribute to change the world.
