Commisioning Someone to help me set up a PServer [With Pay]

Pretty much, I want to pay someone to help me set up a PUBLIC RotMG Private Server via skype or teamspeak and help me install some basic plugins.

Requirements

• Must Know How to Make A Server (duh)
• Must be avaliable often via skype or cell phone or whatever
• Must speak fluent english
• Chillax

1. You have no screenshots of a paypal and you have a low post count/low vouches
2. You're paying after its all setup

I say use a Middle Man for this.

Also specify how much you will pay because this will also justify who would help you.

E.g. if you paid someone $20 to set it up for you, then you would probably get more than paying someone $5

You would also need to specify whether you are paying for a VPS or are you hosting it on your computer.

Also specs of PC would be nice, someone that actually knows what they're dong isn't going to waste there time setting up a server on a shitty as PC that's slow as a down syndrome turtle.
