OK I REALLY NEED YOU GUYS HELP

ok when i start ca and hit start game a little message comes up saying "CA has encounter a error and needs to close blah blah blah" now i have downloaded CA again but it says "download complete" then on the bottom it says remaining... what does that meen and can any1 help me with the error. it says its got to do with the engine.exe

yes yes done every thing i just need to c if the re download will work. wont b til 2morro tho and also i was on ventrilo (a in-game talking sistem for all yo choobs who dunno wot im talking about) ppl were also saying that they had problems( all from new zealand)
