CSGOLounge shouldn't get in any trouble because it does not qualify as "real" online gambling because the items have no real world value.
You can't directly exchange the skins for money using any official mediums, only virtual credit (steam moneyz).

I don't think this makes any sense because there is no item that has real world value..you also don't essentially place real world money on a game so in my mind it is not betting and I would not like to see this site go down I enjoy it way to much.
