I traded my LoL account for a Steam account with a CS:GO knife yesterday trying to use a mm but when none were available we did it without one.
It all went smooth untill the next day he messages me saying I charged his credit card even though it wasnt on the steam account and saying he has my ip address (which was so off) and saying I live in California lol what a retard.

What do I do?

Btw he is a donator so this is really odd.

Then it's literally not possible. Even if it was true, ask him to screenshot the "payment that was charged". Besides, he would only have your ip address, when you exchange steam accounts (steam guard). For the payment, it shouldn't show the ip address.
