Looking for a Steam Account that is ready for the SCM (or Steam Community Market) as I want to buy something off it. I will be paying $10 USD (Verified, 10K+ on PP) for an account.
We will use an OMM @HeroicXPharaoh . No exceptions, either you come with an OMM that can verify him/herself or I find one.

Specifications:

Must come with the Email.

You must be trusted and/or Well Known/Staff to sell me this. I will not have the risk of someone reclaiming the account or anything similar to that.

Preferred if TF2 is already preinstalled for the account, doesn't really matter.

No shit on SteamRep or bans from trading websites. (i.e. backpack.tf)

Completely ready for the Community Market (saying this once again) I will not buy your account if you have "…."days left until you can use the Market (i.e. buy/sell)
