Back somewhere in the Summer of 2014 I had gotten a ban for not refunding one of my customers. Now I intend to fully refund him his money since I had made money since then and request to be unbanned.

Let us know when you actually refund him, and show proof of him. Better yet get him to post here saying that you've refunded him.

Ban lifted. Since you were cooperative through the entire process, a 2 week blacklist will be placed on you. You are forbidden to enter the Marketplace or take part in any trades during this 2 week period. After that, you can trade freely again.

If any more incidents occur, your ban will be reinstated.
