Awe Enhancements

Is it worth it to use Awe Enhancements when you're a non-legend? I'm level 65.

awe enchancement can save your a** bro
example: when your class dosen t have a HOT ability like elemental dacromancer
the enchancement give you a chance to get an amount of health back
and so goes for
mana
double attack power
every enchancement have it s own benefit

But since I'm non-legend, the highest level of awe enhancement I can only get is 30, which is really low. Idk if it's worth it though.
