    This is a Shutdown Manager i made over the night.

    Functions:
    - Shutdown
    - Restart

    cons:

    This is kinda useless without a source. Everthing in your tool can be done in cmd.
    Though your tool has less then 20 lines of code, it should be open source for beginners to learn.
