Diablo 3 - Season 1

I have a question about season 1.
I wasn't able to finish up playing season 1 and therefore didn't get the rewards from them.
Does anyone know if the rewards there will become available to all or will I never be able to complete the set?

I don't really care about it not looking good, it just seems so fucking pointless for everyone to even join in after s1 if they can't complete a set.
Besides, tastes vary, the legs and boots for DH was pretty good looking. (S2)

Seasons offer unique rewards and new challenges for players, including new Legendaries, an exclusive Transmogrification set only available to those who compete in each Season, and new achievements called Conquests. Progress within a given Season will also be tracked in our new Leaderboard system.

Which is what concerns me, I know exclusive items are meant to be exclusive, but this negates a lot of people that simply missed it, I participated but shit got in between and I couldn't reach level 70 in set time.
Now I've finished season 2 and I have the legs and the boots, but I don't have the two prior ones.

So overall I'm "worrying" about never being able to complete the set, which is making it pretty fucking uselss to even participate in ANY of the seasons.
