I dropped my phone into water and I need some help

Soo this morning my phone got dropped into water and I immediately took out the battery, cleaned the outer surface out of water and then used my vacuum cleaner to try and get the water in there out, the screen is working but the phone doesn't read the SD card (the SD card is working I tried it on another phone), keeps saying my earphones are plugged when they're not, and sometimes the touch screen doesn't work and it keeps doing crazy things and I need to restart my phone multiple times to get it working correctly, halp.

EDIT: Thanks guys, I dried it using my vacuum cleaner and my air blower and my hot AC, the touch screen was fucked up but now it's working just fine, the SD card can now be read and everything is working fine.

It's not racist, it's what my asian friend told me (Seriously, I told him I dropped my phone in water and he told me to put it in rice and he will come fix it)

Okay I blew compressed air into it and now it doesn't show the earphones thing anymore, the touch screen sometimes bugs though and the screen sometimes flashes like it changes brightness quickly..

you should take it to a phone fixer or something cause that is weird

That same thing happened to me but it was for some other unknown reasons... You may be at the point of no return, and will have to get a new one... Good luck!

Well, I had insurance... If he can find one, good for him. Phones in 2015 shouldn't be having these water issues anyways. :P

It working much better now but the screen still bugs, I'm totally fine by this.
But my BBM chat history got deleted because I tried to open it from another device and now I can't get my chat history back which is very annoying..
