IP Addresses are an unreliable form of identification. One's IP may change quite often depending on their ISP.
There are two types of tragedies in life. One is not getting what you want, the other is getting it.
If you wake up at a different time in a different place, could you wake up as a different person?

True, but if the IP has radically changed, say from US, to Turkey or NE, then that's a suspicious alert, since most proxys are blocked from this site, (i tried 5 different websites, all their proxies, said i was IP banned) Besides ISP changes are not radical, they only change a few variables, and like i said even if the IP changes to something new, it remains on the system.
