I recently tried again my old computer that was ban 8 months ago and guess what: it worked !!!!!
I could create a new account and play !!!

I did not change much to the machine itself except totally uninstalling the game with a total delete of the game folder

Can you try again?
Please don't use you banned account because that one will stay banned; I am talking about the HW ban so the machine ban
