You do know instead of making another spam post you can just click the Rules button that's right under the General button, and just read the Post rules.

And to answer your question, no, you cannot do rep for rep or thanks for thanks. That's a ban. Begging/asking for it is un-allowed.

Only time when it's acceptable is if you release a tutorial/release and say "Press the Thanks button if this helped you or you like this"

TBH I wouldn't try that hard for Rep or Thanks, AKA your siggy.
